The main prerequisites for creating a smoothly working and effective teamwork:
• Charter – The team has designed its own strategies, missions and visions to achieve the goals that they are hired for and they measure the process that they had followed to accomplish their task.
• Control – The team understands it boundaries and they have enough freedom and empowerment to achieve its charter. The members also hold each other responsible for project time-lines, commitments and results that they have completed.
• Collaboration – The team works together very well and they get along and respect each other which will make them even more effective in any and all future projects.
• Communication – The team is clear the priority of their tasks and they understand how each member fits into the task that they are performing and what it takes to get the job done with out a lot of trouble.
